Komet's H4MCXL is a carbide crown cutter used for removing porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) and hard metal crowns.
The H4MCL easily cuts through PFM and hard metal crowns due its design with special toothing and large chip spaces. This carbide crown cutter is also available in the following lengths:
H4MC - 2 mm
H4MCL - 3.5 mm
H4MCXL - 5 mm
H4MCXXL - 8 mm
