Accurate and consistent working length control is essential for predictable root canal treatment, especially when canal conditions change during instrumentation. 

A recently published study in the Australian Endodontic Journal evaluated working length accuracy across integrated and standalone apex locator systems under dry and irrigated canal conditions. The findings showed that EnDrive demonstrated the most consistent working length accuracy across all tested conditions, including the presence of sodium hypochlorite.
